Stop 1: Search and compare

When you reserve, the worker is held in your name until you pay the booking fee, so nobody takes her first.

Verification through the government apps Hawyti and Sahel, so the contract is in the right name. Your Civil ID is used for matching only and is never stored in full.

Your request reaches the office with a response deadline. If you cancel before it accepts, or the office declines, the booking fee is refunded in full. Once it accepts, the fee is not refundable.

The refund rule
The booking fee is refunded in full as long as the office has not accepted the booking, and is not refundable once it has.

Exact answers before you reserve
How much do I pay, and to whom?
You pay Makhdoom only the 3 KD booking fee. The office price is paid to the office directly under your contract and does not pass through Makhdoom.
When is the booking fee refunded?
In full if the office does not accept the booking or you cancel before it accepts, within 5 business days. After the office accepts it is not refunded.
When does the office answer?
Within 24 hours of payment; we tell you whether it accepted or declined.
Why the identity check?
Because the recruitment contract is in your name. It is done after payment in the Hawiyti and Sahel apps, and we never keep your full Civil ID number.
What if I do not finish paying?
The worker stays held for you for 30 minutes, then becomes available again and you can reserve anew.
What is Makhdoom's role?
A middleman between you and licensed recruitment offices: we show the profiles, hold the booking fee and follow the steps until arrival. The contract and the worker are the office's responsibility.
