About Makhdoom
Makhdoom is a Kuwaiti platform that connects families with licensed domestic-worker recruitment offices. You see workers' profiles with their prices and availability, reserve for a 3 KD booking fee, and follow every step until the worker arrives.
What we do
- Show profiles of workers from offices whose licence was checked before they joined.
- Hold the booking fee until the office accepts; it is refunded in full if the office does not accept or you cancel before it does.
- Keep you informed at every step: office acceptance, visa, medical, travel and arrival.
- A support team that answers in Arabic and English.
Our role, exactly
- Makhdoom is an intermediary, not a recruitment office, and not a party to the recruitment contract.
- You pay the office price to the office directly under your contract; it never passes through Makhdoom.
- Our role ends when the worker's arrival is confirmed. After that, the relationship is between you and the office under the contract.
Operator
The platform is operated by Makhdoom.
