Cancellation & refund policy

The booking fee (3 KD) is refunded in full if you cancel before the office accepts the booking, or if the office declines it. Once the office has accepted the booking, the booking fee is not refundable.

The amount goes back to the same payment method within 5 business days of the refund being approved.

Once the worker's arrival is confirmed, Makhdoom's role as the intermediary ends. Any matter regarding the worker is between you and the office under your contract.
