When the 3 KD booking fee is refunded, and how fast.
The fee
The booking fee is 3 KD, paid to Makhdoom when you book. It is all you pay Makhdoom.
When it is refunded in full
- The office declines the request.
- You cancel the booking before the office accepts it.
- The platform team closes the booking before the office accepts it.
When it is not refunded
Once the office accepts the request, the booking fee is not refunded, because the office has started work on it.
When the money arrives
It goes back to the same payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few more days before it shows on your statement. The refund notice is on the booking page under "Payment".
