Deleting your account

How

Open "My account", then "Delete account", and we send a verification code to your number to make sure it is you. Deletion is final and cannot be undone.

When it is not possible

You cannot delete the account while a booking has not ended, or while an unpaid reservation is open. Cancel the booking or wait until it ends, then come back.

What we delete and keep

• We delete your name, number and email, your saved lists and your sign-in on all your devices.
• We keep booking, payment and refund records without your identifying details, because they are financial records we must keep.
