How booking works
From choosing a worker to the office answer, step by step.
The steps
- Open the worker's profile and press "Book". We hold her for you for 30 minutes while you pay the booking fee.
- Pay the 3 KD booking fee through the payment gateway. We never keep your card details.
- Your request reaches the office, which answers within 24 hours: it accepts or declines.
- Follow everything on the booking page: the status now, the next step and when it is due.
What you pay, and to whom
You pay Makhdoom the booking fee only. The office price is paid to the office directly under your contract and does not pass through Makhdoom.
If the office is late
The booking page tells you the answer is late. As long as the office has not accepted, you can cancel the booking and get the booking fee back in full.
