What you see
The office uploads the contract copy and the documents of each step, such as the visa. What the office shares with you shows in the documents section of the booking page, with the date it was uploaded.
Who sees the files
Only you open them from your account, the office, and the platform team according to its role. Every time the platform team opens a file, it is recorded.
If a document is missing
Ask the office to share it with you, or write to us from the help page and we follow it up with the office.
